Talent Sourcer

Are you looking to be a part of the HR team and develop your skills in the dynamic Recruitment sphere? So then we are waiting for you! Codebridge has a job opening for a Talent Sourcer. In this role, you can help us with recruiting and making our hiring plans a reality!

What will you do:

- Actively source candidates for various positions, primarily in Sales and UI/UX Design, occasionally in Software Development, across popular job sites (such as Djinni, LinkedIn, Work, Robota, Jooble) and other platforms.
- Initiate first contact with candidates on job sites
- Accurately input passive and active candidates into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Regularly and constantly fill in the recruitment funnel
- Maintain systematic reporting

The key objective of this role is to increase the candidate pool, contributing to the improvement of candidate selection for vacancies.

What we expect from you:

- 6 months of experience in a similar position or completion of a Recruitment (or other relevant) course
- General understanding of the IT job market
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Patience and ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Ability to see the problem and innovate in finding solutions
- Work attitude and motto: "When the goal seems unattainable, change not the goal but the plan of action."
- At least an Intermediate level of English
- Creativity and adaptability
