Junior Sales ( Upwork)

In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who constantly develops his skills, monitors the quality of his work, and works well in a team.

As a Sales Manager you play a vital role in customer acquisition and revenue growth while keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team.

📌Required Skills:

- At least 0.5 months experience in IT;
- Experience to communicate with foreign customers;
- Upper Intermediate Written English (must have) ;
- Experience with Upwork ( must have);
- Full-cycle work: searching for offers and closing customers;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Self-management skills;
- Get to know the life cycle of mobile development (search + qualification + closure);
- Knowledge of business correspondence;
- Must have the skills and desire to sell.

🔸Responsibilities:

- Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms;
- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe);
- Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities;
- Building up effective communications with prospects;
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs;
- Search and qualify potential clients (upwork, linkedin, etc.);
- Business correspondence with potential clients;
- Clarification of the client’s requirements (needs) and sales activities (deal closing);
- Maintaining data, statistics, and reporting on each active client;
- Collaborate with the Sales Representative team;
- Report on weekly and monthly progress.
