Lead Sales manager (Icon)

We are seeking for our second project Icon a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive market acquisition initiatives in the EU, LATAM, Asia & UAE regions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive market acquisition and achieve revenue targets in the EU, LATAM, Asia and UAE regions.
Lead and mentor sales team composed of Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting and performance metrics to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, legal services agencies, car dealerships and other B2B entities to expand our client base and market reach.
Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships and drive business growth opportunities.
Drive online client acquisition efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation activities and digital outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored cryptocurrency exchange solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of driving sales growth, market expansion and partnership development on a global scale.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, payments and blockchain technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate a sales team
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Experience managing a remote or distributed sales team is a must
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
