Business Development Partner (USA)

As a Business Development Partner, you will lead sales initiatives and play a crucial role in our business development activities. Your primary focus will be on seeking new opportunities, developing businesses, strengthening existing relationships with our partners, and driving sales.

Our Sales team consists of Lead Generation Managers, Data Entry specialists, SMM (Social Media Marketing) experts, Warm-up specialists, and Business Development managers.

Your responsibilities:
Manage the sales process from beginning to end.
Maintain consistent communication with potential partners throughout the sales funnel stages.
Negotiate with prospective customers.
Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, participate in pre-sale activities, assess qualification requirements, and deliver live demos of proposals.
Finalize deals.
Negotiate contracts with clients.
Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
Devise and execute promotional/sales campaigns.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and participate in roadshow activities.
Analyze market trends and pinpoint new business opportunities.

It’s about you:
Have 3+ years of experience in the same position in an IT company.
Live in the USA.
Demonstrate the ability to travel and conduct roadshows in the USA.
Possess strong skills in building business relationships.
Demonstrate proficiency in closing deals.
Be proficient in working with CRM.
Possess an understanding of software development life-cycle.
Possess an understanding of software development services.
Have experience working with a wide range of companies, from startups to enterprise clients.
Demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills, with successful experience in proposal preparation.
Exhibit proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Demonstrate the ability to create and implement sales plans.
Have the capacity to meet sales goals by monitoring progress.
Possess the ability to analyze sales data.
Demonstrate management and leadership skills.
Have the capability to develop budgets and sales strategies.
