UX/UI Designer to $1500

You have:

- From 3 years of experience in UX/UI design of mobile applications, in the iOS environment.
- Knowledge of iOS design principles, including Human Interface Guidelines.
- Professional knowledge of design tools - Figma or similar, Sketch, Adobe XD is desirable
- Experience with raster and vector graphics, as well as animation (welcome).
- Knowledge of current UX/UI trends

You can:

- Experience in creating UX/UI for a wide range of mobile iOS applications: from utilities to multi-page products with gamification elements (knowledge of gamification methods and approaches is optional)
- Development of high quality design layouts that meet the expectations of modern sophisticated users
- The ability to not only implement a high-quality design layout, but also transfer the application’s concept into a vision concept (welcome)
- Ability to carry out a high-quality redesign of the application (both UX and UI) in the absence of functional changes in the application itself
- Compliance with copyright requirements and the ability to prepare graphic materials from stock to avoid signs of direct borrowing - (possession of illustrator skills to adjust graphic content or design elements is welcome)
- Working with a minimum set of product documentation
- Performing work related to the visualization of parts of product or business documentation, for example, the ability to translate the CJM described by the product manager into a visual equivalent
- Work closely with multiple product teams and CPOs
- Ability to create highly adaptive design systems for different versions of operating systems and versions of mobile devices while maintaining brand recognition.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a unified design system to ensure consistency between different products.

You will do:

- Working as a UX/UI designer with 4 product teams,
- Development of design layouts for new applications,
- Adjusting the design to achieve product and business goals,
- Preparing design elements or new increments for AB testing,
- Conceptualization and generation of MVP to test product and business hypotheses
