Tech Lead/Front End Engineer (React/with Node.js)

We are looking for a Tech Lead/Frontend Engineer to join our Melingo AI Team!

Melingo AI, a subsidiary of Britannica, is a leading company for AI solutions based on natural language processing (NLP).

Melingo’s products include unique enterprise solutions for data retrieval insights, smart search engines, online dictionaries, and text-to-speech (TTS). Melingo also markets unique enterprise solutions worldwide in computational linguistics in various languages.Melingo is also providing B-2-G (government) solution for English Language Learning with the use if AI and VR.

● Work on a project in the English language learning area with the use of AI and gamification.
● Contribute to the next stage of virtual education.
● Provide support for B to G (government) product with close cooperation with Britannica.

Responsibilities:
● Lead the development team in implementing front-end solutions using React (and Node.js. if/when required)
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable and efficient applications.
● Utilize expertise in AWS and Kubernetes to optimize deployment and maintenance processes.
● Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
● Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the team in implementing best practices.

Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
● Proficiency in React and hands-on experience with Node.js.
● Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
● Proven leadership skills, ability to mentor and guide team members.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● High level of English
