Lead UI/UX Designer $1200-1700

Hi Designer,

Pixeldarts is a digital design-first agency that has clients from EU, US and Middle east region. We are young and small team of 2 designers and one founder (who is also designer) But we are ambitious and result driven. We test and learn a lot and iterate fast. We use AI.

For the beginning we're looking for part-time UI/UX/Product Designer, but we will shift to full-time position in 1,3,6 month depending on your preferences and fit.

You hard skills:
1. Figma on Expert level.
2. Strong UI skills. UX can be tough easily, but UI takes years to master.
2. After Effects. We often showcase our work with videos or we integrate our product animations into landing pages.
3. You know how to animate and create Lottie files.
4. Not required, but would be a plus - Webflow knowledge.

Your soft skills:
1. Being able to move and make decision on your own.
2. You know how to speak in English with clients directly and lead conversations to results.
3. Low ego, but high ambition.
4. To be able to coach and mentor designers more junior than you.
