We are seeking a tech-savvy and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Web Developer.



How You Will Make an Impact

Designing, developing, implementing, testing, and debugging new computer software applications to solve complex business problems, using mainly PHP and JS;
Communicating and working with different teams to create new services or improve existing ones;
Providing technical support for an organization’s computer systems after they have been deployed (troubleshooting coding bugs or functionality errors);
Improving project - performance, security requirements and documenting all development work in a way that can be used to understand how the software works;


What You Bring to the Team

6+ years of commercial development on PHP
2+ years of commercial development on JS
3+ years of experience in a leading role
Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, HTTP, SSH, HTTP server
Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, TDD, DDD principles, design patterns, and PSR standards
Good knowledge of SQL: engines, indexes, optimization, transactions, etc.


Now, it would be fantastic if You

Collaborated in Agile (Kanban) environments using tools like Jira and Git
Utilized NoSQL databases, including Elastic and Redis, for data storage and retrieval
Performed unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality
Demonstrated understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Used WebRTC technology for real-time communication
Worked with SIP/RTP protocols for data transmission
Hands-on experience in AWS services(EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway…)
Applied various methods of code refactoring for codebase improvement
Experience with *nix
