About project:
Our customer is pioneering the next generation of industry-graded ultra-sound scanners. They are launching a new, vertically organized team dedicated to reinventing their legacy software with cutting-edge technology. Their mission is to build scalable, high-performance applications from the ground up, enhancing user experience and integration capabilities. Our customer is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong programming background to lead our efforts in this exciting journey.

Your area of responsibility:
•⁠ ⁠Lead the development from conceptualization to deployment;
•⁠ ⁠Design and implement robust front-end architectures using Standard Web Components (AKA Custom Elements), Storybook, SCSS, or CSS in JS, Figma Dev Mode, and TypeScript;
•⁠ ⁠Advocate for and implement modern development practices, including, Agile practices, CI, CD, Git Flow, TDD, BDD, and usage of the Gherkin language;
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with remote teams to define, develop, and ship new features;
•⁠ ⁠Mentor developers and promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Skills and requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
* 5+ years of experience in software development with JS;
* At least 2 years using OOP languages like C#, Java, or similar;
* Full proficiency with the modern WEB Front-End ecosystem, ability to build and maintain the automated development pipeline using Figma Dev Mode, Storybook, CSS in JS, Web Components (Custom Elements), E2E and component testing;
* Strong background in Git Flow, Conventional Commits, Semantic Versioning, CI/CD daily practices, TDD, BDD, tooling, and ability to automate development operations;
* Proven coaching skills and experience mentoring team members;
* Intermediate English.

Will be a plus:
* Experience with Tauri or Electron;
* Good understanding of OOP/OOD principles, OOP Design Patterns, MVVM, and IoC/DI;
* Experience in the development of desktop apps using Web Front End technologies like Electron, Tauri, or similar, is a great advantage;
* Good understanding and practical experience with Cucumber, End-to-end testing, Executable Specs, and Gherkin language;
* Experience working with various test runners like WebDriver, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright;
* Contributions to open-source projects or a robust GitHub portfolio;
* Some experience with Rust.
