The Daily
- Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, work with the senior team to identify business integration opportunities and target groups to reach out
- Perform due diligence on opportunities with potential partners and collaborators
- Create proposals for potential partners demonstrating collaboration opportunities across protocol integration, marketing, and shared-incentive endeavours
- Build and communicate with multiple business partners regularly, acting as a bridge to share what’s new about Everstake and relay back feedback to the team
- Represent the business development team internally to leadership and externally to clients
- Discovering, capturing, and reporting back learnings from the field about opportunities and challenges as they relate to web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain

The Essentials
- 2+ years of business experience working with business development, partnerships, strategy, or sales responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience working with blockchain and digital assets segment
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing strategic partnerships
- Honest, high level of work ethic and integrity, assertive and strong desire to succeed
- Strong analytical/strategic thinking skills, focused on developing and proposing solutions (not simply presenting problems/challenges). Ability to lead and provide strategic input and communicate complex ideas and strategies to executives
- Partner-first mindset and exceptional attention to detail, with constant attention to take advantage of potential synergies (and avoid potential negative impacts) across deals and conversations
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities, if needed, and work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team
- Experience in traditional finance and/or a network of relationships across blockchain/web3, fintech and the broader financial world is a plus
- English Language - full working proficiency
- Fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian is a plus
