MacOS engineer $4000-5000

We are looking for a MacOS engineer. It's a full remote position, initially 6-8 month contract.
Product - desktop security management system.

What we do and what we would like to see:
• background world: daemons / user agents / XPCServices / LoginItems / Helpers / SystemExtensions
• authorization & rights: custom Login / Authorization Plugins, Authorization API
• IPC (XPC, sockets, mach messages, shared memory, distributed notifications, NSConnection, ...)
• networking (UNIX & Boost sockets, HTTP / HTTPS, NSURLSession)
• multithreading (GCD, NSOperation, STL)
• embedded databases (leveldb, LMDB, SQLite)
• data representation (Binary, Json, XML, ASN1,
Protobuf, Cap'n Proto, ...)
• filesystem: permissions, events, monitoring
• network security (digital signature & certificates,
certificate pinning, MITM resistance)

Our working hours are oriented around New York time, and our “golden hour” of availability is 9.00AM New York time for daily huddle up meeting, strategy, and triage talks. You can work before, after or during these hours.. But most of the team works 9AM - 5PM New York time or 11AM - 7PM Ukraine time.
