Sales manager

Eurospektras is seeking a Sales Manager with customer support functions to maintain and expand our client base.

Location: Warsaw, Poland.
Work Format: Office-based, 08:00-17:00.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients using our existing database (email, calls, meetings).
Track market trends, competitors, and relevant customers.
Demonstrate an understanding of the IT industry.
Direct communication with current clients via phone calls and messengers to discuss offers, promotions.
Analyze customer behavior, prepare, and present personalized offers and exclusive promotions to stimulate interest and activity.
Regularly collect feedback and suggestions from clients to improve service and customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent/C1/C2 in Polish.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate clients.
A high degree of responsibility, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Adherence to ethical standards in client communication.
