Business Development Manager

We're on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to join the Lundi team and take charge of those hot inbound leads that keep popping into our inbox. If you've got a thing for video chats with international clients, cozy phone calls with interested companies, and crafting messages that get replies, you're probably the one we need!

- Handle hot inbound leads from employers effectively.
- Attend video meetings with international business clients and partners.
- Make calls to inbound leads who request a call back via the company website, using the CRM system.
- Engage in email and LinkedIn correspondence with inbound leads.
- Ensure potential clients fulfill the company's minimum requirements for successful engagement.
- Generate and manage order forms and agreements to facilitate the contract signing process.
- Collecting necessary information from clients for the research department to create salary benchmarking reports for new business development.
- Maintain and utilize the CRM system to track customer engagement and progress
- No need for cold outreach or customer search.
