Commercial director

We are a leading company in the field of automation of business processes and are one of the leaders of ticket operators. We specialize in the development and sale of ticket systems for various areas of attending mass events in Ukraine and Europe.

Due to the expansion and development of the company, we are looking for an experienced and energetic Commercial Director.

Duties:

Development and implementation of the company’s commercial development strategy to attract new customers and expand business;
Work with the existing areas of the company and their further development, launch and development of new business areas;
Finding and establishing partnerships with international agencies and event organizers;
Creation and management of the commercial department and sales management;
Planning and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing of the company, planning and implementation of marketing activities to increase the visibility of the company and attract new customers;
Achieving planned financial results.
Creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven skills in managing commercial activities, including integrated sales, strategic planning and customer relationship management;

Successful sales department building and HR experience, including employee motivation;
Experience in launching projects in Europe (knowledge of the international event organization market, trends and network of contacts will be a plus)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and conclude contracts;
Willingness to travel and work in an international environment;
Responsibility, organization, analytical and problem-oriented skills.

It will be a plus:

Experience with electronic commerce (E-commerce);
Knowledge of digital technologies and e-business;
Experience in organizing events;
Experience in advertising and software sales;
Knowledge of licensing and franchises.
