Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the company's core products, which provide comprehensive merchant monitoring and risk management for global clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJs.
- Contribute to the development of microservices and distributed systems that support real-time risk assessment, analysis, and the identification of illicit activities across billions of products and services.
- Collaborate closely with customer success teams, risk analysts, and other stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the unique needs of the clients, facilitating safe e-commerce expansion.
- Utilize advanced data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices to optimize system performance and ensure the highest levels of security and reliability.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the development and operational practices, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of risk intelligence technology.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in backend development, with proven expertise in Node.JS, TypeScript, and NestJs.
- Strong experience with designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems in a cloud-based environment.
- A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and scalable system architecture.
- Proficiency in working with big data technologies and an understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with big data streaming technologies like Kafka or Pulsar An advantage
- Familiarity with web scraping and crawling -An advantage
- Knowledge of Java and Python programming languages -An advantage
- Experience with Golang -An advantage
- Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, or cybersecurity sectors -An advantage
