Junior Graphic Designer (offline)

Mine Marketing is on the looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer! 👩‍🎨 who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. We are offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to various advertising campaigns without the need to craft content from scratch 🚀

Requirements:

- 0,5 + years of related experience in graphic design
- Advanced knowledge of programs as Figma, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Ability to create engaging images for social media ads that convey clear message and call to action;
- Advanced or fluent level of English is a must!
- Curiosity for learning new processes and tools;
- Adaptability to changing priorities and assignments;
- High task performance speed;
- Compliance with deadlines;
- Attention to details especially in following compliance guidelines;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team;
- A solid work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations;


Responsibilities:

- Creating ads images design for media buying purposes from concept to completion;
- Making sure that the projects display a logical sequence;
- Creating the final picture for being promoted and used in our ads;
- Inserting dialogs, graphics and special effects;
- Inventing new ways or techniques of designing, testing and improving them;
- Awareness of current trends in social media, analyzing and finding ways to follow them in the video;
- Cooperating with creative team lead, copywriters and translators;
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management.
