Senior Sales Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned B2B sales specialist that is enthusiastic about managing all aspects of sales and eager to take their career to the next level.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new leads, and convert them into paying customers.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the DACH region.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT outsourcing trends and the DACH market.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent German and at least Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- At least 1 year within the IT outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
