Business development manager

As an agency, we need Business Development Manager to win new customers from the current inbound traffic.

We are fully remote boutique digital agency that works with North American startups in AI or blockchain.

You’ll need to gather the requirements, create the estimate and CLOSE the leads.

We provide only top notch service – you must look, speak and follow up professionally.

We cover your back – you’ll be trained on best practices of Big 4 consulting and receive excellent technical support. We have a sexy portfolio & proven case studies to support your sale.

You need to be technical enough to provide valuable consultation for the customers on the call (we do training).

We pay well: you’ll have fixed market pay + bonuses and potential to kick off a next big thing.

The job is ideal for switchers who learned some coding but are still more comfortable in the sales positions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

MUST have:

- Looking for a full-time job;
- Available 9am to 7pm in ET timezone (SLA less than 0.5h for reply during biz hours);
- Fluent English;
- Looking to learn AI & blockchain tech - we’ll help you to get in;
- At least 1 year of proven experience as BDM, CSM or PM in a tech firm (we’ll check references);
- Focus on CLOSING and making things happen!

Would be great if you have:

- Experience & interest in coding & tech business;
- Know how to spin up an AI app;
- Some experience with Web3/OpenAI API.

We will only work together well if you are:

- You CLOSE.
- Attentive to details: excellent formal written & spoken English, punctuality.
- Can work with documentation: BDM does the estimate and it’s one of the cornerstones of the project. Projects are usually simple, and documentation is basic but requires attentiveness.
