Security Systems Administrator (offline)

We are looking for a Security Systems Administrator for a Trading Company.

Requirements:
Minimum five years experience in a similar position;
Experience administering Vmware Servers, Windows Servers, Clients, Linux, MacOS, Web Servers, Database Servers, Azure, AWS;
Experience administering NextGen firewalls and L3 switches;
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network protocols, and security tools;
Fluency in Greek and English.

Responsibility:
Installing, configuring, and resolving issues with network systems, infrastructure, and security measures.
Applying security measures to safeguard web and database servers, along with other technological assets, to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Securing both on-site and cloud-based servers, including those offered through cloud services.
Enhancing the security of web applications and databases based on findings from vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
Working in partnership with cloud service providers to boost the security of servers.
Managing and securing file servers to block unauthorized access.
Keeping abreast of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
Observing networks and systems for indications of unauthorized entry or malicious actions, and determining the underlying causes.
Being adaptable and proactively addressing issues as they arise, including outside of regular business hours or during service disruptions.
Collaborating effectively with the IT team and other departmental colleagues.
Updates to the IT Department Head.
