Why do we need a Head of Sales Development? 🀩
The Head of Sales Development will be accountable for Sales Development (in other words – Sales Prospecting) business function and will manage a team of BDRs/SDRs/researchers. Key purpose of the Sales Development function is to generate leads and scheduling appointments with new prospective clients for Head of Sales, Account Executives and CEO.

Responsibilities
- Your key result will be the number of scheduled sales intro calls and appointment meetings between decisions makers of prospective clients and INSART sales team representatives
- Meet or exceed Sales Development sourced Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) volume targets
- Establish and manage team of BDRs/SDRs/sales researchers
- Prepare and run outbound sales prospecting campaigns
- Identifying potential accounts and leads according to our ICPs
- Conduct high-level sales research and discovery in target accounts
- Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
- Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all leads using outreach tools
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot
- Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics against your assigned target accounts
- Participate in documenting all processes and update as needed
- Collaborate and report to Head of Sales to constantly improve outreach lead generation process

- Experience in B2B sales, marketing, sales development in software and tech industries
- Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
- Result-driven personal confidence
- Creative approach to achieve goals, ability to quickly test various hypotheses
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills
- Analytical and systemizing mindset, ability to efficiently plan your work, develop action plans
- Easy and proactive communication style
- Proficient in using Hubspot
- Outstanding tech savvy user of lead generation tools, LinkedIn and CRM systems
- Broad knowledge in Fintech and financial services
- Excellent written and spoken English which is our company language

Qualification Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales prospecting targeting C-level roles in the US B2B/enterprise software companies
- Experience in FinTech domain
- Experience managing a team of BDRs/Lead Generation Specialists
- English at least full professional proficiency or native
