Senior Business Development Manager (Publisher Development Manager) (offline)

As Senior Publisher Development Manager, you will join Admixer’s Platform Supply team in its efforts to help international publishers, mobile developers, and digital media owners maximize their advertising yields with Admixer.HB+ and Google Ad Manager 360 platforms.

What you will do:
- Foster relationships with new and existing publishing partners on Admixer’s proprietary header bidding platform and GAM 360 account (Google MCM program);
- Provide communication support to the Publisher Success team during the initial account setup and launch of monetization for the onboarding clients;
- Perform high-level control over Publisher Success team operations related to active partnerships;
- Maintain quality and brand-safe advertising environment on the overseen programmatic platforms through publisher qualification according to the defined criteria;
- Collect client feedback on Admixer.HB+ and provide suggestions for improvement of both the technical and service sides of the product;
- Liaise with other members of the Publisher Development team, exchange best practices and conduct case studies to improve team performance and communication with existing and future publishing partners.

What you bring:
- 3+ years of Business Development experience in the digital publishing space (AdTech)
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications or other relevant field
- Full written and spoken English proficiency
- Strong understanding of header bidding technology (Prebid, Amazon TAM, Open Bidding) and Google products for ad monetization (Ad Manager, AdSense)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills
Understanding of both outbound and inbound sales practices, with the ability to adjust and utilize different methods of communication to achieve goals
- Excellent research, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
