Java Middle Engineer

Project:
The project is about processing athletes' data in competitions of various event organizers that engage it to perform timekeeping, registration management, and other services.

The main Technology is Java 17

Architecture:
We’re working in a microservice world. Currently, we are using docker and will migrate to Kubernetes in the future.

Team:
Currently, we are 2-3 backend developers. The whole team includes around 10 persons (FE developers, testers, PO)
The team is located around the world.

Organization:
Work mode is according to SCRUM
2 Week Cycles
Daily calls

Normally we work around 42 hours per Week, 8.5 hours a day.

Additional Requirements:
The main language in the project is English, good knowledge is a must.
German would be nice but not mandatory

Assessment stages:
- HR interview,
- Technical interview (40-60mins);
- Interview with the client (1hr)
