Senior UI/UX Designer (offline)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of the Future Factory team, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities designed to bridge the gap between user needs and digital solutions:
- Collect, comprehend, and evaluate user requirements in alignment with business objectives and analytical tools, working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and relevant units.
- Develop, design, and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to foster an intuitive user experience.
- Design and deliver mockups optimized for a variety of devices and interfaces, ensuring a seamless user interaction across all platforms.
- Take charge of UI/UX maintenance and troubleshooting, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of digital interfaces.
- Plan and execute User Testing sessions, analyze results to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Communicate complex design concepts and principles effectively to stakeholders lacking a design background, advocating for user-centric approaches and adherence to company style guidelines.
- Implement layout adjustments based on user feedback to continuously improve the digital experience.

Mandatory Skills:
- A solid foundation of 3+ years in the field of digital design and user experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
- Fluent in Advanced English; capable of articulating design concepts and decisions eloquently.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, able to foresee and address potential design challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Design Systems and their application in creating coherent, scalable digital environments.
- Experience in collaborating with developers, business analysts, and design teams to translate design vision into functional reality.
- A robust knowledge of design fundamentals, principles, and workflow, ensuring a structured and efficient design process.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in the Manufacturing sector is highly valued, offering insights into industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

- English: C1 Advanced
