ІТ Sales Manager (offline)
What you'll be working on:
- Sell IT services to clients from the US and Europe
- Collaborate with the lead generation and pre-sales teams to successfully close deals
- Interact effectively with potential customers via email, phone calls and chats
- Manage the flow of leads from initial contact to closing;
actively propose and implement new approaches to improve sales performance
- Communicate with current customers, increase their loyalty, offer additional services and develop partnerships
- Manage agreements, documentation and customer information in the CRM system
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of commercial offers to potential customers during pre-sales
- Develop and maintain partnerships for mutual success
- Provide reports on the results of work
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Proven IT sales experience at least 3+ years
- Fluent (C1 +) English is a must
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience with Upwork / Linkedin / Partners
- Experience with B2B
- Experience with building successful email/linkedin outreach campaigns.
