Now we are looking for a Web Development Team Lead (CTO) who is ready to take charge of a team of developers, testers and DevOps to realize ambitious goals and contribute to the development of the project working in dynamic and constantly growing international company.


With us you will solve interesting tasks:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of software features.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in a startup setting, valuing being practical and creative.
• Standardize, implement, and enforce agreed software development processes.
• Ensure team growth and motivation, including enabling paths for firing and hiring, career progression, and organizational structure.
• Resolve internal team conflicts and ensure team transparency.
• Deliver industry best standards of platform stability and reliability for our customers.
• Ensure the quality and correctness of developed software.


We are definitely in the same direction if you:

• Experienced in leading a web development team.
• Have extensive programming experience in PHP language.
• Have practical experience with technologies such as Laravel, Rabbit, Redis, Varnish, MySQL, Git, Docker, Scrum, Agile, DO services, Kubernetes, Grafana.
• Have experience working with retail and e-commerce projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You know Russian and/or Ukrainian at a good level.
