– Досвід співпраці з хайрінг менеджерами як консультант, їх навчання;
– Англійська рівня Upper-intermediate і вище.

Що потрібно буде робити:
– Вести повний цикл найму (від формування портрету з наймаючим менеджером до передачі на онбординг);
– Бріфувати наймаючих менеджерів;
– Проводити дослідження ринку та давати свої рекомендації щодо ситуації на ринку та актуального рівня заробітних плат;
– Готувати стратегію пошуку;
– Проактивно реагувати, якщо терміни закриття вакансії затягуються та бути ініціатором рішень.

2. Long-range Big Data product startup specializes in Telegram statistics. Operates with MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
3. NGS is an indie mobile game development studio. Their product is a free-to-play mobile visual novel. The game is written in the game engine Unity, the main programming language is C#.
4. Full-service design studio Ornament provides graphic and UI/UX design services.They also develop sites on WordPress.

We are looking for applicants in small Ukrainian startups with international ambitions and the availability of investments. All companies provide the opportunity to work both remotely from any corner of the world and in an autonomous office in Kyiv equipped with Starlinks and generators.
