Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team and play a crucial role in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

 

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in technical writing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment; experience in the HR Tech domain is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Ukrainian/Russian).

- Capable of conducting thorough research to gather information from various sources and subject matter experts to create accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.

- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.

- Adept at working independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop user-friendly how-to guides and product descriptions that simplify complex technical concepts.

-Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and relevance.

- Create instructional video content, including video tutorials based on written guides.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.

- Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving documentation processes and tools.

 

Nice to have:

-Fluency in Polish and Spanish (both verbal and written) is a bonus.
