Looking for a Figma designer for a Caller ID platform (offline)
About a project:
The only caller ID with video.
It lets you go beyond making ordinary audio calls to calls where people can see you without hearing you, so they know to answer. You can also see the people who are calling you, so can decide whether or not to answer.
What we need:
We are looking for a Figma designer, who is ready to proceed designing/ redesigning an app.
We have a small task, where we will send you a link to an app, and you choose any page of an app you want and make a redesign of it writing clarifying why you decided to do this or that changes on a page.
Company values are based on the fact that we hire people, not “resources”, which means:
— An absolute prohibition on forced overtime. Your family, hobby, dog, and so on will never be left without you because someone “asked” you to work longer;
— If overtime is present, of course at the request of a candidate and course is paid;
— NO formal communication, we love jokes;
— An internally developed training system for employees to improve skills during working hours;
— A bonus system that involves additional payment for solving risky tasks or for additional responsibility on a project.
