Engineering Manager (offline)

Revenue Grid is a revenue intelligence platform that helps businesses identify and prevent revenue leaks at any stage of the revenue generation process. Revenue Grid stops revenue by automatically capturing all relevant sales activities, analyzing data with AI, implementing changes to sales processes with Revenue Signals, and measuring the effectiveness of those changes.   

Skills we are looking for: 
- Big fan of open-source software. 
- 10+ years of experience in software development (С#/.NET). 
- 5+ years of experience in managing teams (10 people or more) in a modern software development company with a focus on results and efficiency. 
- Understand functional and nonfunctional requirements for the software. 
- Experience in microservice architecture development. 
- Experience in big data and high load services. 
- Experience in modern AI. 
- Proficiency in agile team level development process (e.g. Scrum). 
- Experience with cloud ecosystems. 
- Strong analytical, structured, and inventive thinking towards problem resolution. 
- Empathy, which is aligned with performance, business acumen, cost analysis, setting clear expectations and giving constructive feedback. 
- Upper-Intermediate English level. 

Responsibilities: 
- Organizing the work of the team, implementing and monitoring compliance with the necessary processes. 
- Planning and distribution of work in a team, monitoring implementation. 
- Work closely with the Solution Architect and CTO to implement the overall architectural strategy correctly. 
- Creating plans of technical development of the products and technical debt solutions together with CTO and other stakeholders, introducing and implementing them in the development teams. 
- Identify and communicate project and product risks alongside mitigation strategies.  
- Manage and communicate project status, apply corrective measures when necessary.  
- Take ownership of analyzing results and incorporating process improvements on team and stream levels.  
- Resolve technical blockers that influence team productivity. 
- Providing regular feedback to team members. 
- Conducting team meetings regularly.
