Middle UX/UI Designer (offline)
Role Overview:
Hey there! We are looking for a specialist with 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for project cooperation with the possibility of moving to a full-time position in the future.
Our agency creates a wide range of products from promotional sites to applications and full-fledged platforms.
Currently, the duration of a design project can be from one week to several months. We are ready to start working with you as soon as possible.
At this stage of the agency's development, it is important for us to find a candidate who can move quickly with us and can take responsibility for the project and bring it from idea to finished design with a full understanding of all stages of design development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on project design at all stages. From idea to transfer design materials for development.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Work with technical specifications to evaluate the project.
• Ability to prepare a prototype taking into account the specifics of the project and best practices.
• Ability to work quickly to quickly approve ideas.
• Creating aesthetic design, keeping abreast of design trends.
• Preparing a design project for development.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools Figma, Figjam, Photoshop(would be nice).
• Ability to build and optimize prototypes, user flow, schemes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Know how to make it easier for developers to work with your design.
• Ability to work at least 6 hours a day for the next month.
It would be great to:
• Ability to work with Illustrator.
• Ability to work with Blender, Cinema 4D.
• Experience in animation development, motion design.
• Ability to create a design-systems.
• To have no problems with electricity and the Internet.
