You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:
*Extensive experience in software development, platform engineering, system architecture, and business analysis
*Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Apache Druid, Kafka Connect, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and OpenSLO
*Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams and projects to successful completion
*Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
*Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams
*A genuine passion for innovation and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of software reliability
*Experience working in a multicultural environment, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and collaboration

Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:
*Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance on best practices for system reliability, architecture, and development
*Lead diverse cross-functional team in the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards
*Architect robust, scalable, and reliable software systems using technologies like Java Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Apache Druid, Kafka Connect, Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry
*Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring solutions are viable and aligned with strategic objectives
*Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our software reliability platform
