AEM Developer (offline)

Project description:

Our client, a leading German luxury car manufacturer, is working on the development of a comprehensive web platform. This platform aims to streamline content management across all group websites, simplifying processes and boosting efficiency. Currently, it operates within Docker Containers on AWS, with plans underway for migration to Adobe Cloud. A key objective is to enable direct vehicle sales through the Internet, reducing the need for dealership involvement and providing customers with a seamless purchasing experience.

That is why the client needs an AEM developer who will work on maintenance, patching, and further development, including developing AEM Patch-Level, and offering ongoing maintenance and support services for the Akamai content delivery network (CDN) utilized by the project.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in AEM 6
- Practical experience in Java (JSF, GWT/Vaadin, EJB, Spring), Tomcat, Glassfish, Maven
- In-depth knowledge and experience with JavaScript Frameworks: jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, vue.js, React, NodeJS
- Demonstrated expertise in webservices based on SOAP, REST with usage of XML or JSON
- Solid understanding of Akamai's (CDN) for maintenance

Responsibilities:

- Creation of new documents (documentation, training, solution manuals, concepts, rollout concepts)
- Design and implementation, programming of additional requirements (existing systems)
- Creation of specifications for the elimination of incidents and service requests
- Creation of functional test scenarios automation
- Creation of solution proposals to improve the stability and performance of the existing architecture
- Solution and elimination of both known and unknown problems (incidents and service requests)
- Analysis and implementation of customizing tasks
- Parameterization of software
- Creation of software packages
- Quality control at the project or product level
- Comprehensive application and knowledge of well-known standard frameworks
- Analysis and further development of processes of existing solutions
- Defining specific patch levels or updates for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Build and deploy AEM releases and patch levels on target environments
