Are you a seasoned Sales Manager with finely honed soft skills and willingness to level up sales for the company where the marketing department will help you to do so (90% inbound, and only 10% outbound)?
Requirements:
β Successful prior experience in IT Sales: Outsource/Outstaff
β Knowledge of web development fundamentals and principles
β Proficient in concise and impactful presentations
β Familiarity with EU and US markets
β Ukrainian and English: C1+

βΎοΈ Run successful pre-sales, sales, and upselling activities
βΎοΈ Market analysis and constant exploration of new sales opportunities
βΎοΈ Maintain/develop relationships with clients and company partners
βΎοΈ Realistic monthly KPI: 20 Presentations; 10 invoices sent; 3-5 invoices paid
βΎοΈ The Volume of One Relevant Project: from $50K to $250K
βΎοΈ Conduct negotiations and presentations
βΎοΈ Prepare necessary docs
βΎοΈ Identify client needs
βΎοΈ CRM management
βΎοΈ Handle objections
The Offer:
π Base salary: $1000-1500 + Commission: 5-10%
π Realistic monthly KPI: 3-5 invoices paid
π The Volume of 1 project: from $50K to $250K
