Sales Manager

We are currently restructuring our sales department and have one vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

Requirements:
- English at C1 level (both spoken and written, is required);
- 1,5+ years of experience selling IT services;
- Have an understanding of web development technologies, marketing and crypto industry;
- Advanced negotiation skills, adept handling of objections, ability to identify client needs and find optimal solutions for them;
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Preparation of presentations for clients.

Responsibilities:
- Writing unique, non-template offer letters to potential customers;
- Presentation of the company's services and tech stack;
- Business negotiations with clients to discuss project specifics, scope, timelines, budget (calls, emails);
- Participation in reaching agreements between the client and the company.
