Sales Manager (offline)

We are looking for a talented sales manager to join our team. In this role, you will take responsibility for interacting with potential clients. As the face of the company and key point of contact, you will guide them throughout the entire sales journey, from the initial stages to the successful closing of the deal. You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies using accumulated experience, the company's portfolio, technical support and your own experience.

Responsibilities:
- Management of the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract.
- Proposal and coordination of sales strategy for each individual client based on the variety of company services.
- Qualifying potential clients, identifying their needs and defining requirements.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Preparing the necessary commercial proposals to conclude a transaction (proposals, responses to inquiries/inquiries, individual presentations) with the help of the pre-sales team.
- Adding all records of communication with leads to CRM.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 or 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Customer Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager, etc. in any position directly related to customer communication, qualifications, understanding of business needs, ability to write clear messages about sales and work on sales strategy within the company.

- experience in selling web/ecommerce/mobile development services, understanding of the stages and technology stack for project implementation,
- English - advanced;
- Russian, Ukrainian - fluent or native,
- Experience in negotiations and transactions.
- Good decision making and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of the software development process.
- Ability to identify problems and needs of potential clients, business needs.
- Multi-publishing, willingness to do any type of work in order to get a client and close a deal (active sales, working with a customer base),
- ability to build relationships with different types of clients and company employees,
- ability to delve into details.

What will you do:
- work with incoming requests,
- building sales strategy and tactics,
- guiding the client through the sales funnel,
- working with customer objections depending on the target audience,
- receiving assessments from technical specialists,
- formation and presentation of commercial proposals,
- closing the deal - signing the contract,
- working with the current customer base,
- markets: Ukraine, Europe, USA, Asian and Eastern countries.
