Sales Development Representative (offline)

ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for communication with prospects and pre-sales operations.
As part of the Marketing & Sales team, your main goal will be to qualify and nurture leads to SQL, support the sales team with operations, and manage outbound channels. By joining us, you will have a chance to directly impact the company’s growth.

Responsibilities
◾️ Contacting and qualifying potential leads (processing incoming requests).
◾️ Managing leads through the sales pipeline (scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team, preparing presentations & supporting materials for sales calls, following up on leads).
◾️ Manage outbound channels (testing different approaches with an external agency, control their progress).
◾️ Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
◾️ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align prospecting strategies with the company’s business objectives.
◾️ Be able to act as a consultant to represent expertise & set up sales pitch desk whenever necessary.
◾️ Track progress towards meeting sales goals.

Required skills
◾️ 2+ years of experience in SDR position or other sales/pre-sales roles.
◾️ Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English.
◾️ Fluent in working with various CRM systems.
◾️ Effective communication skills, the ability to establish business relationships.
◾️ Result-oriented and focused on continuous improvement and optimization.
◾️ Collaborative nature and getting-things-done approach.
◾️ Experience in creating effective email marketing campaigns for cold outreach.
