π Required Skills:
β 5+ years of experience creating digital interfaces for both B2B and B2C products.;
β Experience in user research;
β Experience in designing enterprise interfaces;
β Spoken English level β Advanced (verbal and written);
β Strong competitive portfolio with instances of real products;
β Understanding of usability principles and UX methodologies;
β Knowledge of Responsive and Adaptive Web interfaces;
β Experience leading the discovery phase and project from 0.
π Nice to have:
β Experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring design team.
π Responsibilities:
β Conducting workshops and interviews with clients;
β Conducting user research with real customers of products;
β Getting insights and converting them into features;
β Translate ideas into wireframes concepts;
β Reports creating and testing ideas with customers;
β Conduct workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with the team. β Creating UI kits or Design systems;
β Support and coordination in the development stage;
Tools:
β Miro;
β Figma;
β Animation tools (Principle, Ae);
β Invision, Framer.
