Job Description
Job Summary: As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures. Working closely with software architects, you will develop robust security standards, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices are followed. Your role involves conducting vulnerability testing, risk analyses, and security assessments, and providing technical oversight for security and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Security Architect
Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Expertise in Linux environments and proficiency in programming languages like Rust, C#, Python.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, including Cloud IAM, SSO, MFA, SAML, PKI.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns like microservices, serverless, event-driven, and secure design principles.
Optional skills include familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, API security (REST, GraphQL), threat modeling, DDoS mitigation, and compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.

Policy Development: Create security standards, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability testing.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical supervision and oversee security initiatives and compliance efforts.
Risk Management: Perform system security and vulnerability analyses, and implement security solutions.
Security Awareness: Educate teams on security best practices and promote a culture of security within the organization.
