TECHNICAL LEAD – Angular / Node.js (offline)

Due to our recent decision to increase the number of staff at our company, we are looking for a TECHNICAL LEAD – Angular / Node.js for long-term cooperation.

Job Requirements/Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with Angular , Node.js, PostgreSQL , REST API, Amazon AWS, Azure;
English level upper-intermediate and higher.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):
Lead and facilitate close collaboration with the clinical transformation team and UX design team to conceptualize and implement innovative features.
Be integral part of scrum team in fast-paced startup environment
Spearhead the design and implementation of database architectures, backend APIs, and front-end components, ensuring a cohesive and scalable solution.
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive the creation of prototypes, championing continuous improvement and technological advancement within the team.
Advocate for and enforce best practices and coding standards, providing guidance to the development team to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude in tackling complex problems, providing leadership in finding effective solutions.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey business needs and articulate technical concepts to stakeholders at various organizational levels.

What we are looking for:
We are actively seeking a seasoned professional who embodies our collaborative culture and brings extensive experience to lead and mentor our developers. Specifically, the Technical Lead will have:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Masters Degree desireable.
Experience in healthcare Technology sector a plus.
8+ years of comprehensive experience in software development.
Expertise in Angular and Node.js, with a proven track record of leading successful implementations.
In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redshift) and advanced proficiency in database design principles.
Proven leadership in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable RESTful APIs.
Extensive experience with platform services such as Heroku, Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
Demonstrated proficiency in architecting and implementing complex, high performance software solutions, showcasing a strong ability to solve intricate technical problems.
A solid track record of authoring and reviewing production-level code.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a high-performing development team.
