Middle Rust Engineer (offline)

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven success in Rust development (2+),
preferably in the context of data platforms
- Expertise in providing expert technical solutions, and strategic
decisions for Technical Management (CTO/Architect)
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Experienced Rust developer with knowledge in Kubernetes, Data
Lake infrastructures, distributed architectures, and CI/CD
pipelines
- Initiative person with the ability to work independently as a core
engineer and as part of a team with excellent communication,
collaboration, problem-solving, time management, and emotional
intelligence skills
- Experience in start-ups (nice to have)

What You Will Be Doing?

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best
practices and coding standards
- Contribute to architectural design decisions and discussions
- Design and implement algorithms and data structures to solve
complex problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices
in Rust programming and software development.
- Manage time effectively in fully remote conditions in a fast-paced
startup environment

Work conditions:

- Full remote from Ukraine

English skills (at least B2) to:

- Ability to communicate technical requirements on tasks (read/write/discuss).
- Provide/take technical reviews on the code.
- Describe your experience and technical decisions clearly.
- Support small talks and non-work technical issues discussions

- Intro meeting with the Hiring Manager (30 min)
- Client interview (1-1,5h)
