Senior Rust Developer

We execute, develop, and support different Softengi and Intecracy group projects. We are looking for an experienced Rust developer to join our high-tech team.

Your qualification:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Solid programming experience with Rust, including building large-scale applications.
• Good understanding of https://substrate.io and EVM substrate modules like Frontier https://github.com/polkadot-evm/frontier!
• Strong expertise in Rust programming language, with a deep understanding of its core concepts and features.
• Proficiency in common algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with architectural design patterns and their practical application.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• English - Upper-Intermediate
• Italian - will be a plus

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Rust programming language.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute to architectural design decisions and discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Design and implement algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring and performance tuning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Rust programming and software development.
