Embedded Android Developer (offline)

We are looking for people who were actively involved and experienced with designing and producing electronic devices that:

- Use Embedded Android
- Include communication with cellular networks (3G, 4G, Cat-M1)
- Include additional radio components like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
- Include VoIP applications
- Experience with small size displayed is a big plus

The ideal candidates will be people who have developed wearable devices.
We seek people who worked on products that were actually released and have been sold commercially.


Requirements:

- 3+ years experienced in developing RT embedded software (Must)
- Experience with Android operating system development (or one of its derivatives) - syncing it, building it, debugging it, modifying it, contributing to it
- Familiarity with Android platform architecture mostly Wear OS or Android Go
- Experience porting Android to embedded systems
- Experience with Android drivers and hardware porting
- Experience with the Java & Android SDK
- Experience with MQTT protocol and Rest API communication
- Experience with wireless communication technologies (GSM, Bluetooth) or mobile devices (Must)
- Experience with open source projects (particularly the Android open source project)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Strong experience in Git / Git Flow
- Bright, self-motivated developer, team player & independent
- High level (Intermediate+) of English

An advantage would be:

- Experience with Wear OS is a BIG advantage
- Experienced in developing for wearable devices
- Experience in programming with Android Go
- Experience working with the geolocation
- Experience with Kotlin
- Knowledge of Chinese language
