Sales manager (offline)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Location: 

This role is remote and offers flexible working hours.

Salary: 

Commensurate with experience 

Type:

Full Time 

We are looking for full time positions, and part-time that would be willing to transition to full time within 2-3 months.

Schedule: 

Flexible work week according to your time zone (40 hours per week), with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). Mandatory reporting calls twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00 PM Kyiv time).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a fully functional process for identifying potential clients;
  • Manage and update the company's LinkedIn page, build a professional network, and utilize the corporate search of the company's page;
  • Identify potential clients through various resources (LinkedIn, Google, Google Maps, Upwork; knowledge of Freelancer will be a significant plus);
  • Initiate first contacts and maintain communication with clients via email across different platforms;
  • Report on work progress/opportunities/issues twice a week;
  • Write content plans for auto-messages;
  • Create scripts, plans, reports, and presentations for the Sales department;
  • Be ready to respond promptly to messages.

 

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • English level B2 and above (experience in business correspondence is a must);
  • Required experience in Sales (as a Sales Manager); additional experience in recruitment or completion of recruitment courses will be a plus.
  • Experience with (LinkedIn, Google, Google Maps, Upwork; knowledge of Freelancer or other search channels will be a significant plus);
  • Ability to independently plan your workday/week; 
  • Experience in creating/writing scripts and reports will be a significant plus;
  • Respond promptly to messages;
  •  

Preferred Competencies: 

  • Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish).

 

Stages of the interview:

  • Interview with a recruiter (30 minutes)
  • Fill in the Questionnaire
  • Meeting with HR (30 minutes)
  • Interview with СEO project (30 minutes)
