Position Overview:
 As a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, web tools and a website. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of WordPress, proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, and the ability to lead development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers and project managers to develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Build responsive, high-performance websites using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.).
Develop and maintain back-end functionality, including server-side scripting and database management.
Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and expertise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience, with a focus on WordPress.
Strong proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
