Middle Marketing Designer

We are Аppflame, a product IT company. Currently, we are looking for a Middle Marketing Designer.

Your project: Taimi. It is one of the largest, fully inclusive LGBTQI+ dating app. It is carefully designed so that you can explore your sexuality and passion. We and our users believe that people find their attractions and mutuals in a sexually fluid environment with full freedom of choice. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, LP, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.

You will:
- Creating catchy advertising creatives (static and motion) for TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Google, etc. in the Creative Production Team of the Taimi app;
- Working on tasks from the Brand & PR department;
- Participating in brainstorming sessions, suggesting your own design ideas;
- Analyzing the results of creatives together with the team;
- Focusing on the performance metrics of creatives, forming and testing hypotheses;
- Working with AI tools for creative creation.

From you:
- Portfolio of static and motion advertising creatives you are proud of;
- 2+ years of experience in designing various types of advertisements for digital marketing;
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Your English level is Upper-Intermediate;
- Understanding of design principles: basic knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, special effects, video editing;
- Your super skills include creative thinking and results-oriented work;
- You are detail-oriented, have a high level of self-organization, and time management skills;
- Skills in working with AI tools (Midjourney).

Will be an advantage:
- Experience in creating screens for App Store and Google Play;
- Experience with Keynote, Google Presentation;
- Experience with frame-by-frame animation;
- Basic knowledge of product design;
- Experience with sound design.
