Senior Java Support Developer for FlexMade (offline)

We are seeking a consultant with extensive software development experience with a core level of proficiency in the Java language, complemented by a diverse skill set including C++, C#, Python, C, and Ada, comfortable in both Windows and Linux environments, and a self-motivated, consistently demonstrated passion for solving problems. Having a Scrum Master certificate and experience in a leadership role in teams, knowledge of flexible methodologies will be a plus and highly desirable.

Requirements:
Proficient in Java programming language with at least 6+ years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with other programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python is a plus.
Experience with React, Spring, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Ability to develop software in both Windows and Linux environments.
Structured and analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Certification as a Scrum Master or experience in leading teams is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a flexible work environment and willingness to share experience in Agile methodology development.
Senior-level experience in software development across various industries, showcasing a broad spectrum of technical skills and adaptability.
Proficiency in spoken English and a desire to actively use it.

Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining software for major clients such as TELE2 and banks, using various technologies including Java, C++, C#, Python, C, and Ada.
Interacting with clients in meetings to understand the specifics of tasks and requirements, grasping their needs and desired solutions.
Operating in an agile environment, following Scrum principles, including the roles of Scrum Master and team leader.
Actively participating in decision-making and the development of new functionalities, ensuring high quality and efficiency in development.
Analyzing and resolving issues in the codebase, including bug fixing, performance optimization, and software stability.
Collaborating with other team members, sharing knowledge and experience, and providing support and assistance to colleagues in solving complex problems.
Maintaining communication with clients, ensuring high levels of service and meeting their needs, as well as providing consultations and recommendations for product and service improvements.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work, considering that errors could cost the company millions.
