Looking for an ASP.Net/ Angular/ MS SQL developer — Looking for a pro to take over updates/fixes on a live site (offline)

We have a large e-commerce site that is on a Windows server using .NET core API, Angular front end, and MS SQL DB. There is a staging server for development and then once approved the changes would need to be put on the live site.

To be considered for this:
1. You must have a static IP address;
2. Strong background in Core/ Angular/ MySQL;
3. Able to look at and understand complex coding quickly and make updates;
4. Must be thorough, not take shortcuts, and test your work;
5. Needs to be available some weekends as that is when functionality from staging would be moved to the live site;
