As we expand, we are in search of a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about sales and has a flair for technology.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an SDR who is not just adept at identifying and nurturing leads but is also skilled in closing deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring a great customer experience for Vidby’s prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Engage and support potential prospects interacting with Vidby's marketing assets and website.
- Conduct product demonstrations, set appointments, and diligently follow up on leads.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of products offered by the company.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Drive negotiations and effectively close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas as defined by the company, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, progress toward goals, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competition, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with a strong preference for Hubspot experience.
- Excellent command of English (C1+ level), both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Solid knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Experience in preparing sales presentations and creating proposals is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- A genuine passion for technology and the ability to discuss the industry knowledgeably.
- Self-motivated, technically adept, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
