UX/UI designer(-s) to the design studio (offline)

👋 Hello there!

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer, who will join our growing team, and you might be such a person!

👍 It will be a perfect match if you have

- At least 1 year of experience in an IT company (design studio, development company, product company, etc.) as a UI/UX designer
- Has a commercial experience working with web and mobile apps
- Your English is at least Upper-intermediate (but Advanced/Fluent will be a big advantage)
- You are using Figma as a Pro (components, variants, auto-layouts, plugins, prototyping)
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, LMS, and/or eCommerce projects is a must
- Portfolio with real commercial projects (be ready to share source files on the call)
- Strong understanding of design best practices and principles
- A self-organized, result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive person

👌 Also it would be great if you

- Have experience in working with crypto, financial, and medical projects
- Have experience in User Research, Analytic analysis, JTBD, CJM, and User tests
- Have experience in brainstorming with clients on calls
- Have experience in Motion design, Graphical Design, 3D, AR/VR
