Sales Director $3000-6000

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and fostering strong client relationships. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and contributing to the overall success of our window repair business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to the sales team to maximize their potential.
Set clear performance expectations and monitor and evaluate team performance against sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Implement robust sales forecasting processes and regularly report on sales performance.
Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales metrics, achievements, and challenges.
Strategic Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market reach.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Education: Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.
